"Me and Atanu are Collogue engaged in Strategic Digital transformational projects. While He is been fabulous in work, what I like most is, many programmers focus heavily on completing the coding task and deliverable, Atanu have ability to understand, what is business needs and Human needs and get balance between these two through automation and digitalization and he devises a plan to complete the deliverables. He is going to only get better at this to see through these aspects and excel in becoming a better programmer -> leader. I wish you all the very best."
